Linear guideway is widely used in semiconductor and liquid crystal manufacturing devices, automobile manufacturing equipment, handling robots, machine tools and other production equipment based fields. With the increasing demand for the reliability of mechanical equipment in the market, new requirements are put forward for the long life of linear guide. In order to meet the market demand, NH and NS series linear guides with high reliability are designed and developed by optimizing the pressure distribution on the contact surface between the rolling element (ball) and the guide groove.
With the accelerated development of intelligent factories, the production efficiency of mechanical equipment needs to be further improved (including speeding up the production rhythm and continuous operation day and night). TF technology
During many years of bearing development, the core technology R&D center has independently developed one of the heat treatment technologies - TF technology, which realizes the long service life of rolling parts by controlling the residual austenite content in steel.
By optimizing and controlling the content of residual austenite in the material, the shape of the indentation edge caused by foreign matters tends to be smoother when the ball is rolling, reducing the stress concentration at the indentation edge, inhibiting the occurrence of peeling, and thus extending the service life.
